Mindoriel, The First Daughter

The first daughter of Minera was Mindoriel. She rose from the sea in tears much as her mother did in her earliest days. The tears of Mindoriel left great and beautiful canyons and rivers across her and she was a fertile and green land. Though when Glanion sent Glancalnos to join his siblings in joy, the primal fire landed upon Mindoriel and scorched her barren. This hurt Mindoriel greatly though she did not let it completely jade her. That came in time from Tharador revealing his hidden children, her uncovering of their children and the war she fought to liberate the children they had created from a tormenting cycle of constant life and death.

Mindoriel endured punishment and desperation in the war; a crusade for her beliefs that what Tharador and his children were doing was an evil. She committed her own evils to combat them, creating Myrothlir who raised the dead of the Elves and Goliaths and used them as their own soldiers in battle. So too did she create her own pawns, empty husk-like beings that she puppeteered that would come to be knownas orcs. The war was long and ended abruptly as both sides continued their own desperate measures against each other.

The mortals of Tharador had become powerful in Breath and war, so Mindoriel loosed upon them her child of Nosmarka, infused with the body of Glancalonos, this creation would cover swathes of Tharador in flames in seconds. Though the screams of fire were heard by Glanion who intervened to protect his only son, emitting an enormous sun beam against Mindoriel and severing her from Tharador.

Minera woke to her cries and became privy to the devastation. Seeing Mindoriel as the aggressor, she took her daughter, drowned her and then froze her at the world’s end where she has remained ever since. Mindoriel is still seen as a deity to many greater beings. Demons, devils, dragons and many other wicked creatures worship her for her wish of eradicating mortals.

The information below applies to most products on this site. Any exceptions will be noted in the individual item descriptions.

Size references (Medium, Large, Huge, etc.) are done at a 28mm(1″) scale using standard D&D rules. This means that minis will have a size commensurate with the diameter of their base:

  • Small/Tiny – 1″ diameter base or smaller (depends on the mini)
  • Medium – 1″ diameter base
  • Large – 2″ diameter base
  • Huge – 3″ diameter base
  • Gargantuan – typically uses a 4″ diameter base. If the base size is different, it will be noted in the listing.

32mm (heroic scale) miniatures may have bases that are slightly larger.

75mm (display scale) miniatures will typically have a base that is around 3″. Models in this size will have their actual dimensions in their description

  • Product images may include renders, special effects, and/or custom paint that may not be indicative of the received product. We will be adding actual photos of the printed objects as we produce them. If you would like us to send a photo of anything in our shop that doesn’t already have one prior to shipping, please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all products are 3d-printed in gray with either an ABS-like resin or PLA. This ensures the products are durable but still hold their detail
  • We still recommend handling the products with care as many have very fine, delicate features that can still be easily broken
  • Because of the production process, there may be slight variations, indentations, or rough edges that need to be cleaned up before use/painting
  • Some models require assembly, which may involve sanding, filing, and/or fillers for gaps and seams
  • Dice towers are printed hollow with 2.5mm thick walls. This is to ensure that we are able to provide them at a reasonable price but still have enough strength to hold up to use and packing/unpacking at the gaming table.
  • We perform a thorough inspection of every product before it’s shipped to ensure that it is something that we would be proud to display on our own tables.
