Minera, Mother of Creation

Minera was the first being of her expanse of space and time. A vast void originally, she gave shape to herself and the void through emotions. Sorrowful tears of loneliness filled the void with sea, glee and laughter gave light to the sky as stars. A great shout of joy saw the rise of Glanbeli, the moon. Her loneliness propelled her to create Glanion, the Sun to alight her world and give it colour. This still continued in fashion with the creation of the Dormeni, her children and the great landmasses that sprawled the void.

They continued wandering the boundless plains of sea for many years, until Minera who tired of constantly bringing them back to its centre, folded the plane to a defined shape. This exhausted her and in the process she unleashed a great deal of Breath, which later could fuel the world for all years to come in its sources of magical power. With this act she designed a place to slumber in a resting hall deep under the sea, where she stayed in stasis for many years.

Only at the cries of Mindoriel’s severed arm did she awaken as Mindoriel cried in pain, Glanion having severed the arm of her land that had collided into Tharador’s as the two siblings fought over the morality of mortality. Having caused great pain to her brother and his children, Minera banished her daughter to the depths of the world, taking her to the loneliest place at the world’s most southern end. There she froze Mindoriel in place and went back to sleep, though now dreamwalks in her slumber to watch over the world to ensure nothing so evil might happen again.

The information below applies to most products on this site. Any exceptions will be noted in the individual item descriptions.

Size references (Medium, Large, Huge, etc.) are done at a 28mm(1″) scale using standard D&D rules. This means that minis will have a size commensurate with the diameter of their base:

  • Small/Tiny – 1″ diameter base or smaller (depends on the mini)
  • Medium – 1″ diameter base
  • Large – 2″ diameter base
  • Huge – 3″ diameter base
  • Gargantuan – typically uses a 4″ diameter base. If the base size is different, it will be noted in the listing.

32mm (heroic scale) miniatures may have bases that are slightly larger.

75mm (display scale) miniatures will typically have a base that is around 3″. Models in this size will have their actual dimensions in their description

  • Product images may include renders, special effects, and/or custom paint that may not be indicative of the received product. We will be adding actual photos of the printed objects as we produce them. If you would like us to send a photo of anything in our shop that doesn’t already have one prior to shipping, please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all products are 3d-printed in gray with either an ABS-like resin or PLA. This ensures the products are durable but still hold their detail
  • We still recommend handling the products with care as many have very fine, delicate features that can still be easily broken
  • Because of the production process, there may be slight variations, indentations, or rough edges that need to be cleaned up before use/painting
  • Some models require assembly, which may involve sanding, filing, and/or fillers for gaps and seams
  • Dice towers are printed hollow with 2.5mm thick walls. This is to ensure that we are able to provide them at a reasonable price but still have enough strength to hold up to use and packing/unpacking at the gaming table.
  • We perform a thorough inspection of every product before it’s shipped to ensure that it is something that we would be proud to display on our own tables.
