Bartrok, Cannon Claw

In the bogs and lakes of Lo Fuin lives a dangerous solitary hunter, the Bartrok or Cannon Claw as known by foreigners. The Cannon Claw receives its name for the enormous right claw it possess that is capable of unleashing an immensely powerful energy at supersonic speeds, capable of turning a rabbit into mush or dismembering a full grown man.

The Bartrok is a selective hunter, and will usually only try feed on prey that can either not fight back or are completely alone. Since its claw has a reach of some twenty to thirty feet, most often the prey has no chance to fight back. When the claw of the monster crashes down it does so with such tremendous speed that it propels a sonic wave to its target.

The Bartrok is found mostly in the bogs of Lo Fuin and also on the shores of lakes, though during their mating seasons they will delve beneath these bodies of waters to the labyrinth of caverns that run beneath Lo Fuin, nesting in a cavern that houses a running waterway. It is here that they are most aggressive if accidentally stumbled upon, and it is the rare time that a poor adventurer will have to fight two of the beasts at once.

Size Class (D&D)

The information below applies to most products on this site. Any exceptions will be noted in the individual item descriptions.

Size references (Medium, Large, Huge, etc.) are done at a 28mm(1″) scale using standard D&D rules. This means that minis will have a size commensurate with the diameter of their base:

  • Small/Tiny – 1″ diameter base or smaller (depends on the mini)
  • Medium – 1″ diameter base
  • Large – 2″ diameter base
  • Huge – 3″ diameter base
  • Gargantuan – typically uses a 4″ diameter base. If the base size is different, it will be noted in the listing.

32mm (heroic scale) miniatures may have bases that are slightly larger.

75mm (display scale) miniatures will typically have a base that is around 3″. Models in this size will have their actual dimensions in their description

  • Product images may include renders, special effects, and/or custom paint that may not be indicative of the received product. We will be adding actual photos of the printed objects as we produce them. If you would like us to send a photo of anything in our shop that doesn’t already have one prior to shipping, please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all products are 3d-printed in gray with either an ABS-like resin or PLA. This ensures the products are durable but still hold their detail
  • We still recommend handling the products with care as many have very fine, delicate features that can still be easily broken
  • Because of the production process, there may be slight variations, indentations, or rough edges that need to be cleaned up before use/painting
  • Some models require assembly, which may involve sanding, filing, and/or fillers for gaps and seams
  • Dice towers are printed hollow with 2.5mm thick walls. This is to ensure that we are able to provide them at a reasonable price but still have enough strength to hold up to use and packing/unpacking at the gaming table.
  • We perform a thorough inspection of every product before it’s shipped to ensure that it is something that we would be proud to display on our own tables.
