Strixan Wizard

Strixan are viewed as the wisest, most learned of the avensari race. These long-lived creatures spend most of their time studying, driven with a seemingly endless desire for knowledge that is rarely seen in other races. Strixan have short, sharp beaks and are typically covered in muted feathers that range from deep grays to light browns.

Their thirst for knowledge leads strixan to develop the skills to find employment as prominent spelldriving wizards working for top coin, or as researchers for some of the foremost guilds in Sordane. After leaving their birthplace in Lexel, the strixan built a new home for themselves in the mountains of Sh’reet. Strixan can occasionally be found in cities with large libraries, spending their time studying, or searching for new tomes to add to their hoards.

The information below applies to most products on this site. Any exceptions will be noted in the individual item descriptions.

Size references (Medium, Large, Huge, etc.) are done at a 28mm(1″) scale using standard D&D rules. This means that minis will have a size commensurate with the diameter of their base:

Small/Tiny – 1″ diameter base or smaller (depends on the mini)
Medium – 1″ diameter base
Large – 2″ diameter base
Huge – 3″ diameter base
Gargantuan – typically uses a 4″ diameter base. If the base size is different, it will be noted in the listing.

32mm (heroic scale) miniatures may have bases that are slightly larger.

75mm (display scale) miniatures will typically have a base that is around 3″. Models in this size will have their actual dimensions in their description

Product images may include renders, special effects, and/or custom paint that may not be indicative of the received product. We will be adding actual photos of the printed objects as we produce them. If you would like us to send a photo of anything in our shop that doesn’t already have one prior to shipping, please let us know and we’ll be happy to oblige.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are 3d-printed in gray with either an ABS-like resin or PLA. This ensures the products are durable but still hold their detail
We still recommend handling the products with care as many have very fine, delicate features that can still be easily broken
Because of the production process, there may be slight variations, indentations, or rough edges that need to be cleaned up before use/painting
Some models require assembly, which may involve sanding, filing, and/or fillers for gaps and seams
Dice towers are printed hollow with 2.5mm thick walls. This is to ensure that we are able to provide them at a reasonable price but still have enough strength to hold up to use and packing/unpacking at the gaming table.
We perform a thorough inspection of every product before it’s shipped to ensure that it is something that we would be proud to display on our own tables.
